Shelley & Lindsay

We proudly embrace our mixed Indigenous (Cree/Métis/Mohawk) and European heritage, descending from Treaty 6 Territory of the Michel First Nation and Lac St. Anne Métis, near what is now called Edmonton, Alberta, Canada—Amiskwaciy Waskahikan, meaning Beaver Hills House.

As cousins, we have walked separate paths and were fortunate to meet during a National Indigenous Council meeting in 2021. Now, we are embracing the intersection of our journeys and are excited to advance Indigenous representation, equity, and unity on the sacred land of Turtle Island, while welcoming global opportunities. We stand ready to lead transformative journeys.
